Glen Charlow is a storyteller who spent years gathering inspiration from the strange, funny, and beautiful moments of everyday life before finally putting pen to paper. Known for his sharp wit, vivid characters, and fondness for unexpected plot twists, Glen writes fiction that bridges genres and connects with readers of all kinds. That Book of Short Stories I Wanted To Write is his debut collection. When he isn't dreaming up new literary anomalies or eccentric outlaws, he can be found exploring new creative frontiers as an actor and graphic designer....

As a graphic designer in the performing arts, Glen has worked on many cabaret and off-Broadway shows, serving as the graphic designer for many prestigious theaters and production companies in the United States. His advertising placement has been in many production houses and agencies in New York. His experience with editing, design, color and typography, has been applied to such award-winning publications as Sheet Music Magazine and The Sondheim Review, as well as nightclubs around the NYC area. As an actor, he has performed such memorable, favorite roles as Cosmo Brown in Singin' in the Rain, Blore in Ten Little Indians, and Eddie Ryan in Funny Girl. He made his Off-Broadway debut in Grandma Sylvia's Funeral (1998) when he went on as an understudy for the role of SkyBoy.

For fun, Glen became a Lucille Ball collector when he moved to New York in 1983 and has since become recognized by many as having one of the largest Lucy collections around.
